Frequently Asked Questions

Membership & Renewal

Yes. Your Perfect Vault Membership automatically renews every month until you cancel. Your monthly payment will continue to be charged to the credit or debit card on file until your cancellation takes effect.

Payments

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for recurring monthly payments. Membership payments cannot be made using CareCredit, gift cards, in-store credit, or promotional rewards programs.

Cancellation

Yes. You may request cancellation at any time. If you've completed your six-month minimum commitment, you may cancel without an early termination fee.

Benefits After Cancellation

Your Vault dollars never expire and remain available after your membership ends. However, once your membership is no longer active, they can only be used toward PRFCT services and retail products at full retail pricing.

Membership Holds

Yes. After completing your initial six-month commitment, you may place your membership on hold for up to two consecutive months per year.

Early Termination

Yes. If you end your membership before completing your six-month commitment, a one-time $200 early termination fee applies unless you've scheduled your cancellation to take effect after completing the minimum term.

Nonpayment

PRFCT will automatically retry your payment up to three times over several days. If the payment still isn't successful, your account will remain past due until you update your payment method and the outstanding payment is processed.

Legacy Vault Members

Already a Legacy Vault member? Your grandfathered benefits remain in place for as long as your membership stays active. Legacy Vault is closed to new enrollment.
