PRFCT Cancellation Policy

At PRFCT, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of care and maintain availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Appointments

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may limit our ability to provide your full treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
