What Is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (“peach fuzz”) using a sterile, medical-grade blade. Unlike at-home exfoliation, PRFCT’s physician-guided approach ensures safety, precision, and optimal results.

Pre + Post Care Instructions

Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid chemical exfoliation, retinoids, or waxing 3–5 days prior
  • Inform your provider of any active skin concerns

After Your Treatment

  • Expect immediate smoothness and glow
  • Avoid harsh exfoliation for 3–5 days
  • Apply SPF diligently to protect newly revealed skin
