At PRFCT, we believe wellness extends beyond the treatment room - and that includes play.

Our speakeasy-style Mahjong evening is a celebration of connection, cognitive vitality, and joy, all rooted in Dr. Zoe’s personal love for the game. What began as her favorite weekly ritual quickly revealed itself to be a powerful reflection of what we value most: community, strategy, memory, presence, and laughter. In fact, Mahjong has been shown to boost brain health, reduce stress, and improve emotional well-being - all of which align seamlessly with the mission of HER Wellness, our Women’s Health clinic at PRFCT led by Dr. Gafori.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or an advanced beginner, this is a space to engage your mind, make new connections, and nurture a different kind of glow. We can’t wait to play together!
